Ingredients :
- 1 cup soya granules
- onion, ginger garlic paste 1 tea spoon
- cilantro
- boiled potato 1no
- 1 cup boiled green peas
- chilli powder, haldi powder, cumin coriander powder 2 tea spoons
- salt
- oil 1tab spoon
- butter
- slices bread
Method :
- Fry onion with oil in a wok Add ginger garlic paste, all dry spices and little water , fry till raw smell goes. Then add massed potato, greeen peas and soya granules with salt and little water. Cook for a while. Now it is ready for filling for sandwich.
- Take 2 slices of bread with the filling in between and grill it and cut into two triangular pices. Serve with tomato sauce.
