
Ingredients :
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 4 clove Garlic minced
- 2 tsp Cumin (more if you like it really spicy)
- 1 tbsp Chili powder (more for spicy)
- 3 each Bay leaves
- 4 can Chicken broth
- 1 cup Cooked rice ( I use white )
- 1 can Tomatoes w/chilies ( or without for less spicy)
- 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can Corn drained
- 2 tbsp Green chiles ( I use whole can 4oz)
- 5 each Chicken breast
- 1 bunch Cilantro chopped
Method :
- Cook and shred chicken
- Throw everything in crockpot (or big pot) cook all day until ready to eat... Easy
- Garnish with avocado, cilantro, sour cream etc
