
Ingredients :
- 1 bunch Bean Sprouts
- 1 bunch dried anchovies
- 2 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 red chillies (deseeded and thinly sliced)
- 1 tbsp soya sauce (to taste)
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 stick spring onions (chopped)
Method :
- Fry anchovies in a small pan until crispy. Leave them aside.
- In a bigger pot, add oil and garlic fry until fragrant.
- In with bean sprouts and chilies, give it a good stir.
- Add soya sauce or salt to taste.
- Add spring onions and anchovies in and stir fry for another min.
- Done and serve with rice.
