Ingredients :
- 2 handful mint leaves
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 clove garlic
Method :
- Rinse the mint leaves well, and dry
- Chop the garlic
- Put all ingredients into food processor.
- Keep in a fridge and use within a week.
