Ingredients :
- 2 bags Chesters Butter Flavored Puff Corn
- 2 cups light brown sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
Method :
- In sauce pan cook butter,brown sugar, and corn syrup for five minutes. Boil an additional 5 minutes
- Remove from heat and stir in baking soda and salt stir well
- Put puff corn in a large roasting pan and pour sauce on top and mix.
- Bake in a pre heated oven 250 degrees for 45 minutes stir every 10 to 15 minutes.
- Pour on to two cookie sheets lined with parchment paper Allow to cool and break into pieces and enjoy.
