Ingredients :
- salad greens any three you like
- escarole, butter leaf lettuce, spinach, watercress, swiss chard
- any flavor hummus dip
- mustard and soy mayonnaise (optional)
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 1 bag shoestring carrots in
- 1 large avocado cut into slices
- olive oil and red wine vinegar
- Ezekiel bread or gluten-free tortillas or Ezekiel bread
Method :
- Chop up all salad greens .
- Slice, peeled cucumber,red bell pepper.slice avocado,
- Spread hummus dip on tortilla. Add mustard Place combined mixed green on Gluten free tortilla or Ezekiel bread
- Add sliced vegetables on top of,greens. Drizzle with olive oil.add,salt and pepper for,taste.
- Roll up and cut.
