
Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 cup fresh mint
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 3 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinager
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 fresh chopped jalapenos
- 1 tbsp pectin per directions
Method :
- Add mint and water to a soup pan bring to a boil remove from heat let steep for 30
- Chop jalapeños, use to your taste. I like things hot I added 4 with one having seeds. Chop remaining mint.
