Ingredients :
- 2 bags frozen cauliflower
- 1 cup hellmanns mayo
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
Method :
- Boil cauliflower til done
- Drain
- In a 9×13 casserole dish spray with cooking spray
- Mix mayo & mustard together
- Spread mixture over cauliflower
- Add cheddar cheese on top
- Bake in 350° oven til cheese is melted
- Serve
- The cauliflower should be boiled til tender by the way.
