Ingredients :
- Steak
- 1 Tri-tip Sirloin Steak Roast
- olive oil, salt and pepper
- Mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 lb Mushrooms
- Tortillas
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 12 4" Tortillas
- Eggs
- 12 Eggs
- Olive Oil
- topping
- Asiago Cheese
Method :
- Oil, salt and pepper steak roast. Bake steak roast in a 425° F oven until done to your liking.
- Heat oil and melt butter. Sauté garlic and mushrooms. Reduce heat.
- Heat a flat pan, add oil with a paper towel. Warm tortillas.
- Heat oil and cook eggs to desired doneness.
- Slice steak and place on top of tortilla.
- Add eggs and mushrooms. Grate cheese on top.
