Ingredients :
- 1 cup Orange juice
- 1 Orange
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 tsp Sunflower seed butter
- 1 cup Strawberries
- 1 Whole ground flaxseed meal
- 1 Fiber supplement (optional, or try a dash of cinnamon)
Method :
- I prefer freezing the fruit first but if you have it fresh just throw in some ice!
- Blend it up!
