Ingredients :
- 5 medium Tomatoes
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 Green chilli
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Red onion
- 1 bunch Basil
- 2 Limes (juice of)
- Salt and pepper
Method :
- Finely chop all ingredients and add to a mixing bowl
- Add oil and lime juice to the mixture and stir well, adding salt and pepper to taste
