Recipe Oreo Cheesecake

Ingredients :

• 5 packs of Oreos
• 50 grams butter
• 300 ml whipping cream
• 250 grams Cream cheese
• 1/2 cup icing sugar

Method :

1. Crush 4 packets of Oreos
2. Melt butter and pour over crushed Oreos and mix well.
3. Press into a round springform tin and refrigerate.
4. Put cream, cream cheese, icing sugar and last packet of crushed Oreos into a bowl.
5. Beat until thick with a hand mixer.
6. Pour over Oreo base and sprinkle with more Oreos if desired. Refrigerate for a few hours.
7. ENJOY
