Ingredients :
- 3 cans chicken broth
- 2 medium onions
- I clove of garlic (small)
- I pound of hot Italian sausage
- 1/2 pack bacon
- 5 or 6 small potatoes (russet are better)
- 2 cups kale
- I cup of heavy cream
- Vegeta (to ur liking)
- Salt (to ur liking)
- Pepper (to ur liking)
Method :
- Add the three chicken broth and 4 cups of water in a soup pot
- In a cooking pan grilled onions and add the garlic then add the 1 pound of hot the italian sausage
- Then one done cooking put to the side. And cook the bacon. Want to chop the bacon in small pieces when putting in pan
- Then when that"s done put to the side first cut all the potatoes and block pieces and add to the mix what the Water and broth
- Then one done you add the potatoes in the chicken broth with the water at the Italian sausage with onions and garlic and let cook until the potatoes are done
- You"re going to add the Vegeta and salt-and-pepper to your liking while boiling
- You"re going to cut the kale in small pieces and set to the side
- Once the potatoes are done you could add the kale with the heavy cream and soup is done
- For extra flavor add cheese on top
