Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cilantro chopped
- 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1 lb large shrimp , peeled and deveined
- 1 lemon wedges (optional)
- 1 chopped fresh parsley
Method :
- Melt butter in skillet , add all the ingredients , except the shrimp and fresh parsley and lemon wedges now being to a low boil for 4 minutes, now add your shrimp , cook on low heat for 5 minutes .stirring occasionally.
- Take out shrimp and place them in a serving dish , pour lemon butter over shrimp from skillet. Garnish with lemon wedges and chopped parsley. Enjoy !!,,
