Ingredients :
- 2 slices pork loin, about 450 g/1 lb.
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- Flour as needed
- 1 egg, beaten
- Panko bread crumbs as needed
- Oil for deep frying
Method :
- Cut off stringy parts of pork.
- Sprinkle both sides of pork with a pinch of salt and pepper. Rub it a little bit. Keep pork in refrigerator for 10 min.
- Preheat oil to 175C(350F). Dredge the pork in flour.
- Dip pork into the beaten egg.
- Dredge the pork in the bread crumbs.
- Deep-fry the pork in the oil preheated to 175C(350F). When the pork turns light brown, take out it from oil.
- Cut meat into bite-size pieces.
