Ingredients :
- 2 stick 113 g each or 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar (sifted)
- 2 cup all-purpose flour (sifted)
- strawberry preserves
Method :
- Cream butter and vanilla extract until fluffy.
- Add powder sugar and mix until well combined.
- Add the flour cup by cup until combined.
- Refrigerate for 15 min. Then make little balls of dough and press on the center with the thumb, put a little bit of strawberry preserves. Bake for 12-14 min at 350° (on the highest rack).
