Ingredients :
- 2 lb red potatoes
- 2 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 honey
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Method :
- Pre-heat oven at 425. Cut potatoes in half then into fourths. Rinse and put into bowl.
- Add olive oil and onion soup mix to potatoes. Mix well.
- Then drizzle with honey and place in baking dish or roasting pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender.
