Ingredients :
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp peeled and grated fresh ginger or pre-chopped ginger from a jar
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, with their liquid
Method :
- Place all ingredients in a medium sized glass bowl.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover the sauce with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
