Ingredients :
- 12 strawberries, large
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- lemon thyme
- 1 tablespoon sage pesto
- salt
Method :
- Melt butter in a small pot and stir in flour to make a roux
- Slowly pour in milk and stir until thickened

- Cut up strawberries very small and put them into the sauce. Stir until the sauce is pale pink in color.
- Mix in with pasta and enjoy!
