Recipe Ginger Vegetable Stir-fry

Resep Ginger Vegetable Stir-fry

Ingredients :

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger, grated, divided
  • 3 tsp olive oil, divided
  • 1 head broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup snow peas, trimmed
  • 1 cup carrot chips
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 1/2 water
  • 1/2 sweet onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt

Method :
  1. Mix cornstarch, garlic, 1 tsp ginger, and 2 tsp oil until well dissolved
  2. Mix with broccoli, snow peas, carrots, and bell peppers until evenly coated.
  3. Heat remaining tsp oil in large skillet Add onions and cook until tender.
  4. Add remaining veggies, cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly.
  5. Stir is soy sauce, water, salt and remaining ginger. Cook until vegetables are your desired tenderness.
