Ingredients :
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp fresh ginger, grated, divided
- 3 tsp olive oil, divided
- 1 head broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup snow peas, trimmed
- 1 cup carrot chips
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 1/2 water
- 1/2 sweet onion, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
Method :
- Mix cornstarch, garlic, 1 tsp ginger, and 2 tsp oil until well dissolved
- Mix with broccoli, snow peas, carrots, and bell peppers until evenly coated.
- Heat remaining tsp oil in large skillet Add onions and cook until tender.
- Add remaining veggies, cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly.
- Stir is soy sauce, water, salt and remaining ginger. Cook until vegetables are your desired tenderness.
