Ingredients :
- peanuts
- 1 lb bag of raw in shell peanuts
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- optional spicy peanuts
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp sriracha
Method :
- Preheat oven to 325 degree°F oven.
- In a large bowl add peanuts and salt. Mix. If using spicy version, add the cayenne and sriracha now too. Or make half batches. Salty first, then spicy.
- Place in a single layer on a baking sheet. I separate half the batch. Half on the tray salted, half spicy.
- Bake 20 minutes. Remove and cool on the tray, 5 minutes. They will continue to cook a little longer while cooling.
- Enjoy warm!
