Ingredients :
- 200 g Sliced Pork
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Mirin or Sake
- 2 tsp grated ginger root
Method :
- Slice up the onion. Grate the ginger root.
- In a skillet, cook pork in oil over medium-high heat, add onion and stir-fry until it"s cooked.
- Add soy sauce, sugar, mirin and grated ginger.
- Coat well with the sauce.
