Ingredients :
- 1 tofu cutlet or extra firm tofu ,cut into cubes
- 1 cup sliced oyster mushroom
- 2 tbsp marsala wine
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 1 spring rosemary
- to taste salt
- Oil
Method :
- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat, add tofu and fry till golden brown and add the mushrooms to the pan and cook for 3 mins and add marsala wine, red chili and rosemary.
- Simmer on low heat for few mins and add salt accordingly.
- Enjoy with any salad
