
Ingredients :
- 3 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Truvia brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup coconut
- 1 cup chopped Apple
- 1/4 cup raisins
Method :
- If desired, could use 2 ounces of fat free cream cheese, 14 cup stevia and enough skim milk to make some icing to drizzle of n top.
