Recipe Tinklee's Cake Flour Substitute

Ingredients :

• 3/4 cup all purpose flour
• 2 tbsp cornstarch

Method :

1. Sift together flour and cornstarch, then resift at least 4 more times mixing well and adding air to the mixture
