Ingredients :
- 3 ounces Chinese style sausage
- 6 large eggs
- to taste salt
- to taste white pepper powder
- green onion to garnish
Method :
- Take the casing off the sausage
- After the casings are off slice the sausages into medallions add to a pan or wok
- Cook and let caramelize. This will also render some fat.
- Beat eggs. Add salt and pepper to eggs. Add eggs to the sausage cook stirring constantly till done. Add garnish. Serve I hope you enjoy!
