Recipe Chinese style sausage and eggs

Resep Chinese style sausage and eggs

Ingredients :

  • 3 ounces Chinese style sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • to taste salt
  • to taste white pepper powder
  • green onion to garnish

Method :
  1. Take the casing off the sausage
  2. After the casings are off slice the sausages into medallions add to a pan or wok
  3. Cook and let caramelize. This will also render some fat.
  4. Beat eggs. Add salt and pepper to eggs. Add eggs to the sausage cook stirring constantly till done. Add garnish. Serve I hope you enjoy!
