
Ingredients :
- 2 lb carrots or 1 small bag baby carrots
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- to taste salt & pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 1/2 tbsp honey
Method :
- Reduce heat to low, stir well again ensuring all carrots are covered and let the carrots simmer in honey coating for another 7 minutes, or until carrots are soft to your liking.
- Serve with your favorite main dish and see them steal the show.
