Recipe Souped-up Meatloaf

Ingredients :

• 2 eggs- beaten
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• 1/4 cup chopped onions
• 1 envelope beefy onion soup mix
• 1 tbsp prepared mustard
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1/4 cup ketchup

Method :

1. Combine first 8 ingredients. Add ground beef and mix well.
2. Shape mix into a loaf and put in a loaf pan. If you don"t have a loaf pan, you can use any kind of pan that you have.
3. Bake in a 350°F oven for approximately 40 mins. Remove and spread with the 1/4 cup ketchup (or tomato sauce). Bake another 15-20 mins or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
4. Let stand 10 mins, before serving.
