Recipe Banana Protein Muffins

Resep Banana Protein Muffins

Ingredients :

  • 3 cup Quick oats
  • 3 Very ripe bananas
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 1/4 cup Almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tbsp Stevia in the raw
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 cup Blueberries or 1/4 cup choc chips

Method :
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients except for oats and blueberries. Whisk, stir or use an immersion blender to combine. Stir in oats.
  3. Prepare 18 muffin tins with foil liner. Spray with cooking spray.
  4. Fold blueberries into batter and scoop batter into muffin tins.
  5. Bake for 17-20 min, until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and enjoy :)
