
Ingredients :
- 3 cup Quick oats
- 3 Very ripe bananas
- 2 Eggs
- 4 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 1/4 cup Almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tbsp Stevia in the raw
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 1 cup Blueberries or 1/4 cup choc chips
Method :
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine all ingredients except for oats and blueberries. Whisk, stir or use an immersion blender to combine. Stir in oats.
- Prepare 18 muffin tins with foil liner. Spray with cooking spray.
- Fold blueberries into batter and scoop batter into muffin tins.
- Bake for 17-20 min, until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and enjoy :)
