Resep Delicious Hibachi Style Fried Rice

Ingredients :

  • 4 cup cooked long grain rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (I use the one with corn, green beans, carrots and lima beans)
  • 1 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper

Method :
  1. Cool the rice and break up any clumps.
  2. Heat one tbsp. vegetable oil in a wok and scramble the eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Add another tbsp. vegetable oil and stir in onions. Cook until translucent.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and bean sprouts and stir to combine.
  5. Add the rice and eggs and mix up.
  6. Add soy sauce, butter and sugar, making sure you mix butter in well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
