
Ingredients :
- 1/2 onion
- 1 cup walnut
- 2 cup cooked lentils
- 1 1/2 cup crushed crackers
- 2 cup frozen veggies
- dash garlic salt
- 3 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 3 tsp Ketchup
Method :
- Mash lentils in a bowl with onion and crackers
- Mix in veggies, garlic slat, BBQ sauce and ketchup
- Pack into pan and top with ketchup
- Bake at 350°F for 40 min
- Enjoy
