Ingredients :
- 2 slices white bread
- Kale
- 1 kiwi
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup water
Method :
- Freeze kiwis for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat the pan with two tablespoons of oil in it.
- Put a slice of white bread into the pan.
- Add the kale on top of the white bread.
- Add 1/2 cup of hot water into the pan.
- Wait for 3-4 minutes and then turn off the fire
- Add the froze kiwi on top of the kale and the white bread.
- Slice another white bread into small pieces, and put into the pan.
- Pour 1 tablespoon of honey on top of the mixture, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve.
