Ingredients :
- 2 slices bread
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 slice smoked salmon
- 2 medium gherkins
- 1 handful lambs lettuce
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch chilli flakes
Method :
- Mash the avocado. Add lemon juice and salt and pepper
- Spread on to 2 slices of bread
- Add the salmon on to one slice. Squeeze some more lemon juice over it
- Thinly slice the gherkins and place on the salmon
- Wash the lambs lettuce and place.on top
- Add the chilli flakes
- Cover with the other slice of bread and enjoy!!
