Ingredients :
- 2 lb beef hotdogs use your favorite
- 14 oz Baverian style sauerkraut the one with caraway seeds in it
- 27 oz sauerkraut
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
Method :
- Heat oil add the carrots sauté for 4 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Add both sauerkrauts to carrots in pan. Add hotdogs sauté covered for 7-8 minutes. Remove from heat. Let sit 5 minutes. Serve hope you enjoy!
