Recipe Chicken Club Sandwiches

Ingredients :

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 vegetable oil
  • 1 salt to taste
  • 2 hamburger buns
  • 1/2 cup chopping lettuce
  • 2 slice Swiss cheese
  • 4 slice bacon, cooked
  • 4 slice of tomato
  • 1 tbsp Thousand Island dressing
  • 2 small slices of onion

Method :
  1. Prepare the barbecue or preheat the stove top or broiler.
  2. Lightly brush the chicken breasts with oil.
  3. Grill over medium heat for 5 minutes per side or until done.
  4. Salt the chicken to taste.
  5. Brown the bun tops and bottoms on the grill or in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Stack the sandwich by first using the bottom bun, then lettuce, chicken breast, Swiss cheese, bacon slices (crisscrossed), onion, and then the tomato slices.
  7. Spread the Thousand Island dressing on the face of the top bun, and top off the sandwich with it.
