Recipe Lolly cake

Resep Lolly cake

Ingredients :

  • 400 grams Eskimo lollies
  • 2 (250 gram) packs malt biscuits
  • 2 (200 gram) tins condensed milk
  • 250 grams melted butter
  • Dessicated coconut

Method :
  1. Chop Eskimo lollies
  2. Melt butter set aside to cool
  3. Crush biscuits to fine crumbs
  4. Once butter is cool add lollies to crumbs give a stir then add condensed milk and butter combine together
  5. You should be able to manipulate your mix into a log shape coat all sides with coconut leave to set for 6 hours
