
Ingredients :
- 400 grams Eskimo lollies
- 2 (250 gram) packs malt biscuits
- 2 (200 gram) tins condensed milk
- 250 grams melted butter
- Dessicated coconut
Method :
- Chop Eskimo lollies
- Melt butter set aside to cool
- Crush biscuits to fine crumbs
- Once butter is cool add lollies to crumbs give a stir then add condensed milk and butter combine together
- You should be able to manipulate your mix into a log shape coat all sides with coconut leave to set for 6 hours
