Ingredients :
- Homemade pesto
- 30 grams basil
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 clove garlic
- 6 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 pinch garam masala (optional)
- Spaghetti al dente
- 2/3 packages spaghetti
- 1 boiling water
Method :
- Mix in a grider all the pesto ingredients or with a pestel in a bowl (i did mine with a pestle but it took some time to make it smooth)
- Boil the spaghetti (or the pasta of your choice) with 2 min shorter than indicated on pack
- Mix pasta with pesto.
- Put a basil leaf on top to look good. Enjoy!
