Ingredients :
- 1 cooked cup approx sushi rice
- 1/2 kg chicken
- 150 ml teriyaki sauce
- 1 avocado
- to taste mayonnaise
- to taste sushi rice wine vinegar
- to taste sushi soy sauce
Method :
- Cook sushi rice following package instructions. Usually equal amounts of rice and water. Rinse the rice first.
- Cut chicken add to bowl with teriyaki sauce. Leave for 30 mins then cook.
- Once rice has cooled add sushi rice wine vinegar and mix
- Lay out Glad wrap on bench top and add rice in a thin layer in a circle
- Add cooked chicken, avocado and mayonnaise into the center of the rice. Pick up the sides of the glad wrap and form a ball with the rice covering all of the middle filling
