Ingredients :
- 4 chicken breast halves (frozen is ok)
- 2 cans black beans undrained (or 1 can each of black and chili beans)
- 2 cans Mexican stewed tomatoes or Rotel
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1-2 cans chicken broth
Method :
- Combine all ingredients into crockpot. Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Remove chicken pieces and cut into bite-size or shred. Stir back into soup.
- Serve with tortilla chips, grated cheese, and sour cream.
