Ingredients :
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1 lb bacon
- 1 bunch mushrooms diced
- 1 red onion diced
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 1 bunch green onions diced
- seasonings ..your choice
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
- 2 stalks celery sliced
- 1 can cream of celery and cream of mushroom soup
Method :
- Sauté mushrooms,onions and bell pepper, add bread crumbs when almost done
- Slice tenderloin down the middle and lay on bacon
- Stuff that sauteed goodness in there close it up. Wrap bacon and secure with toothpicks
- Pre heat oven to 425
- Place tenderloin in baking dish and cover with cream of celery soup
- Cook uncovered for 30 minutes
- Pour cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of water over tenderloin
- Cover and cook until done
