
Ingredients :
- 3 chicken thighs
- 1 cup bbq sauce
- 1 can crushed pineapples
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- Garlic powder to cover each thigh
- Ginger to sprinkle on each thigh
Method :
- Mix all ingredients (except chicken) in crockpot.
- Add chicken thighs on the mixture and take some of the mixture and cover the thighs.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Enjoy!
