Resep Blackened Salmon with Greek Yogurt

Ingredients :

  • 4 slice salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp greek yogurt

Method :
  1. Mix together the chili powder, garlic powder, black pepper and kosher salt in a small bowl. Rub all over the fish.
  2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium- high heat, for about 3 minutes. Brush with the oil.
  3. Place the fish, skin side up, in the skillet. Cook until blackened and crisp, 3 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Remove skillet from heat and cover it tightly with foil and let fish finish cooking. Drizzle with greek yogurt and serve with roasted veggies.
