
Ingredients :
- 1 c Coconut Oil
- 1 egg
- 3 tb Soy Milk
- 1 tb Vanilla extract
- 1 c Brown Sugar (Firmly Packed)
- 2 c Flour
- 1 1/4 c Cooking Oats
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 c dried Cranberries
Method :
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Melt coconut oil on stove or microwave, let cool.
- Mix the following four ingredients with coconut oil, mix well.
- Mix all the rest dry ingredients seperately.
- Then combine all. Dough should be slightly crumbly.
- Place 1" apart on baking sheet, bake 10 minutes.
- Take out of oven, cookies will feel soft, leave on baking sheet to finish cooking and cool. Enjoy!
