Ingredients :
- 4 Tbs grated fresh ginger
- 2 c dry white wine or chicken broth (or 1 cup each)
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Method :
- Combine all ingredients and marinate pork 2 hours (or overnight), covered, in refrigerator.
- Remove tenderloin from marinade; discard marinade.
- Slice to serve. Top with Svengali Tomatoes.
