Ingredients :
- 1 chicken breast; trimmed and sliced in half
- 1/2 cup Louisiana hot sauce
- 1 sandwich bun
- 2 tsp applewood seasoning
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
- 1 large pinch of salt
- 1 vegetable oil; as needed
Method :
- Marinate chicken for 4-48 hours in hot sauce.
- Discard marinade. Pat dry. Toss with enough oil to coat. Season. Bake at 400° for approximately 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
