Ingredients :
- 1 lb. Sweet Italian Sausage meat
- 1/2 stick pepperoni
- 1 lb. pizza dough
- 1 bag (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
Method :
- Cook sausage meat until done. Set aside to cool.
- When meat is cool, in a food processor, chop sausage meat and pepperoni into tiny pieces.
- Pre heat oven to 350.
- Place meat mixture into a large bowl. Add cheese and mix well.
- Flour dough and stretch or roll into a large rectangle.
- Place mixture onto dough leaving 1/2 inch all around. Roll like a jelly roll, tucking in sides as you go.
- Place on a cookie sheet, seam down. Baste with egg wash.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until golden. Let sit for 5 minutes. Slice and serve warm. Enjoy!
