Ingredients :
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 cup kimchi chopped
- 200 grams any meat
- 3-4 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup kimchi brine
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons hot pepper paste
- 3 teaspoons sesame oil
- Optional Toppings:
- Sesame seeds
- Fried egg
- Chopped seaweed
- Green onion
Method :
- Heat oil and cook kimchi and meat until the meat is cooked and heated through
- Make a sauce from the kimchi brine, hot pepper paste, water, sesame oil
- Add the rice and stir fry. Then add the sauce and mix well
- Top with any additional toppings
