Ingredients :
- 120 g Butter
- 150 g Sugar
- 82 g Egg
- 50 g Walnuts
- 75 g Flour
- 1 1/2 g Baking powder
- 22 1/2 g Cocoa powder
- 25 ml Glucose
- 12 1/2 ml Water
Method :
- Whisk eggs and sugar (until white and fluffy)
- Heat the glucose and water together and add to the chocolate mix
- Fold in the dry ingredients
- Bake at 180°C for 25-30 min
