Recipe Turkey burgers

Ingredients :

• 1 egg
• 3 tbsp soy sauce
• 1/3 cup matzo meal
• 1 lb ground turkey

Method :

1. Beat egg in medium sized bowl
2. Beat soy sauce into egg
3. Mix matzo meal into mixture
4. Combine ground turkey with mixture
5. Fry, bake or grill till done
