Ingredients :
- 2 lb white potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp oregano, fresh and chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp rosemary, fresh and chopped
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp fresh black pepper
- 1 large ziplock bag
Method :
- Clean and cube your potatoes into bite size pieces. About one inch or so.
- Place your potatoes in a large zip lock bag the add your remaining ingredients.
- Once everything has been added, close the bag and shake well. About a minute.
- In a large baking sheet or pan place the potatoes and put into a preheated oven. 375°F for an hour. Stir the potatoes half way through.
- Next, plate and enjoy with what ever main you cook.
